You're immediately in the spotlight if you fail something, but if you are way ahead of everyone else you are also in the spotlight. You have to convince the shrink you are so depressed you are going to hurt yourself if you continue training or are somehow otherwise psychologically really not handling the training. I believe I lack upper body strength.
